Looking for exciting cheerleading lessons for your child in the Ara Damansara area? Cheerleading classes are held at the Event Hall of Evolve Concept Mall, offering a spacious and safe training environment equipped with proper safety mats and professional coaching.
What Students Will Learn
- Basic cheerleading motions — arm movements, claps, high-V, low-V, and T-motion
- Jumps — tuck jumps, toe touches, and pike jumps with proper form and landing technique
- Tumbling fundamentals — forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels, and roundoffs
- Stunting basics — base positions, spotting techniques, thigh stands, and prep-level stunts
- Routine building — combining motions, jumps, stunts, and dance into a full cheerleading routine
- Teamwork & discipline — cheerleading develops confidence, coordination, trust, and team spirit

Ages: 5 to 17 years old (grouped by age and skill level)
Schedule: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday mornings)

The Event Hall provides a large, air-conditioned indoor space with high ceilings — ideal for cheerleading training including stunts, pyramids, and tumbling. Safety mats are provided for all sessions. Free parking is available at the mall.
About the Coaches
Classes are conducted by experienced cheerleading coaches registered with the Cheerleading Association & Register of Malaysia (CHARM). All head coaches are certified in First Aid and CPR. The coaching team follows structured annual training plans with proper skill progression to ensure safety and continuous improvement.
